Gina Noel Decker is the tech coach in Christina Hills’ Facebook groups for the Website Creation Workshop and has conducted live step-by-step demos on WordPress. She is the founder of TechDoneForYou, and her company provides done-for-you tech solutions so entrepreneurs can have the business of their dreams and focus on what they love without having to worry about their technology.

How We Got Started
With over 20 years of combined experience working with amazing clients and guiding them to achieve remarkable success, our mission and commitment is to help you take command of your systems so you never have to worry about them ever again.
Gina’s path to become Tech Done For You’s Founder and Lead Web Strategist became clear when she took her first job in tech support at the University of Nevada Reno. She found great fulfillment helping people with technology, and discovered ways to make solutions not only easy, but quick. Over the years she soaked up new systems, streamlined processes, and found a talent for technical writing using plain English.
In September 2015, Gina married Steve Decker, who is an “uber-techie” who used to be a network admin. In addition to being the Executive Director of a 501c3 charity, he has been a lead federal researcher on an $11 million project using Medicare and Medicaid health record databases. Currently, he also oversees Google Apps platforms for dozens of companies, Steve brings over 20 years of technical experience to the team and specializes in the Adobe suite, Google grants, coding, and graphic design.
Background
What lights Gina up about this work is that she gets to make a difference in the world and make technology easier for everyone involved. What set her apart from other service providers is that she is a technical writer and strong communicator with over eight years in Education and Toastmasters, with a strong training background.
She is a Senior Scholar, awarded to the top graduate of the College of Liberal Arts featured in the Nevada Silver & Blue, and graduated summa cum laude with a BA in English-Writing and a MA in Educational Leadership from the University of Nevada, Reno. Prior to founding Tech Done For You, she was a Documentation Coordinator at UNR, wrote the process documentation for the Admissions and Records and Financial Aid Departments, acted as editor in chief of their newsletters, and optimized their social media online presence. She won the “going the extra mile” award when she was a Registrar and her department-of-one boasted a zero citation accreditation visit record. She is the creator of the best-selling technology series, Authors Who Rock, and was featured in D’vorah Lansky’s Virtual Book Tour Hall of Fame. Gina plays classical piano and has instructed private piano lessons for over nine years. Recordings of her demo videos, SEO hangouts, and piano performances can be found on YouTube.
